Role Description The Purchasing Assistant role at Namo Realty is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role supports the purchasing and procurement activities by preparing and processing purchase orders, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The Purchasing Assistant coordinates with internal teams to understand requirements, requests quotations, compares pricing, and assists in negotiating favorable terms with suppliers.



Daily responsibilities include tracking orders, updating purchasing documentation, resolving discrepancies with invoices or deliveries, and supporting compliance with company purchasing procedures. The role also involves maintaining accurate data in procurement systems and providing regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
