Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and closing redevelopment opportunities in MMR Region, including housing societies, cessed and dilapidated buildings, MHADA layouts, slum rehabilitation (SRA) schemes and cluster redevelopment projects. The role covers the full redevelopment deal cycle:



building society and stakeholder relationships, securing the required consents and developer appointments, evaluating feasibility, structuring commercial terms, and closing agreements aligned with the organisation’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Redevelopment Deal Sourcing & Market Intelligence
• Proactively generate redevelopment leads through housing society managing committees, project management consultants (PMCs), architects, legal advisors, brokers, IPCs, tenant and landlord associations, and local networks
• Maintain a pipeline and micro-market database of ageing societies, cessed buildings, MHADA properties, SRA pockets and cluster opportunities in the assigned geography
• Track redevelopment policy updates, DCPR 2034 provisions, incentive FSI, premium and TDR trends, and competitor activity
• Conduct site visits and preliminary assessments of land, building condition, access, dev
