We are hiring an experienced Creative Head – Podcast to lead our podcast content strategy, creative direction, production workflow and end-to-end execution. The role requires strong storytelling, creative leadership, production planning, team management and an understanding of digital content platforms to create engaging, high-quality podcasts that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities• Creative Strategy: Develop podcast concepts, content strategy, episode formats and storytelling approaches.
• Content Planning: Research topics, prepare scripts and interview questions, and coordinate with hosts and guests.
• End-to-End Production: Manage podcast recording, shoot planning, editing, approvals and final delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead editors, writers, designers and production staff, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Audio-Visual Quality: Supervise cameras, lighting, sound, editing, graphics and overall production standards.
• Content Repurposing:
Create engaging reels, shorts, teasers and promotional videos from podcast episodes.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor views, watch time, audience retention and engagement to improve content performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify creative opportunities, resolve production issues and maintain consistent content quality.
Mandatory Skills and Experience• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in podcast production, creative direction, video production or digital media.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end podcast or video production.
• Strong storytelling, content ideation, scripting and interview-planning skills.
• Experience leading creative teams, including editors, writers, designers and production professionals.
• Solid understanding of YouTube content strategy, thumbnails, titles, watch time and audience retention.
