Role Description The Caller will work full time on-site at the Chennai office, supporting the firm’s legal operations through client communication and coordination. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, explaining services, collecting and updating client information, and scheduling appointments or follow-ups. The role involves maintaining call records, sharing key information with the legal team,



and ensuring clients receive clear, timely updates. The Caller will also assist in basic documentation, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and uphold confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken English and local language proficiency.
• Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and stay organized with client records.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with call logs, spreadsheets, and office communication tools.
• Customer service orientation, with patience, active listening, and a professional phone manner.
• Willingness to learn about legal services and follow firm guidelines when communicating with clients.
• Prior experience in calling, telemarketing, customer support, or front-office roles is an advantage.
