Role
This is a key role within the Finance & Accounts team and is responsible for planning, managing,



and monitoring a company's financial activities to ensure financial stability, profitability, and compliance with laws and regulations. The Manager – Finance acts as the bridge between Accounts, Payroll, Taxation, Banking, Auditors, and Senior Management, ensuring that all financial processes run smoothly and support business growth.

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts;
• Monitor actual performance against budgets;
• Recommend corrective actions when required.

2. Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
• Analyze financial data and present reports to management;
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records.

3. Cash Flow Management
• Monitor cash inflows and outflows;
• Ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations;
• Manage banking relationships and fund utilization.
