We are looking for a confident and result-oriented IT Sales & Business Development Executive who can communicate professionally in English, understand client requirements, negotiate effectively, and help us acquire new clients, particularly in international markets such as Australia.
Role Description
• Identify and approach potential business clients through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other qualified channels.
• Research businesses to identify potential website development, redesign, SEO, and digital marketing opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with Indian and international clients, particularly businesses in Australia.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT and digital solutions.
• Explain website development, redesign, SEO, landing pages, and other digital services clearly and professionally.
• Conduct discovery calls,



online meetings, and sales discussions with potential clients.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service packages.
• Handle client objections, negotiate pricing, and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through email, WhatsApp, and calls.
• Maintain accurate lead records, sales pipeline updates, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and communicate them accurately to clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Take ownership of the sales process, from initial outreach and lead qualification to proposal submission and deal closure.
• Work towards monthly sales, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
