We’re a premium personal branding & business growth agency for coaches, consultants, and advisors. We run paid ads and organic brand building under one roof, so our clients get booked calls and revenue, not just views.
We don’t write for brands. We write for experts who sell themselves. That’s a different craft.

What are we looking for:
You’ll own the copy and scripts behind our clients’ ads and landing pages. You write it, you test it, and you decide what a page should have to convert better. Anyone can write a script. We want someone who looks at an ad and knows why the headline works, why that color is wrong, and why the banner is losing the click.

What you’ll do:
• Write landing page copy, ad copy and video ad scripts (videos, static, carousel) for coaches, consultants, and advisors clients.
• Choose the copy, banner, color palette, and layout that will convert, and explain why
• Study what’s running in our clients’ markets and turn it into current angles




• Work with our performance team on test plans. You’ll read results and rewrite based on what the data says
• Listen to client calls and sales conversations and pull out the exact language their buyers use
• Rework AI drafts by hand until they sound like a real person talking
• Build and ship landing pages fast, using Claude, ChatGPT, or whatever tools get it live
• Move quickly. We’d rather test five versions this week than polish one for a month

What we’re looking for:
• Strong grounding in copywriting as a skill: hooks, offers, objections, positioning, CTAs
• Proven experience writing ads and scripts for individuals and creators (coaches, consultants, advisors), not brands
• Real comfort with AI tools, plus the taste to know when the output is mid and fix it manually
• A sharp eye for design that converts: color, hierarchy, banners, page flow
