Role Description The Sales and Purchasing Manager is a full-time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, combining in office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue and margin targets. On the purchasing side, the Manager coordinates with suppliers for compostable plastic materials, manages procurement schedules, monitors inventory levels,



and ensures timely and cost-effective sourcing aligned with production needs. The role includes market analysis, price and cost benchmarking, coordination with operations and finance teams, and regular reporting on sales performance, purchasing efficiency, and key business metrics. The Manager is expected to foster long-term partnerships, support new product introductions, and contribute to RM Biotech’s growth in sustainable materials.
