WE’RE HIRING | HR and Team Management INTERN ?

Gold Coast Films is looking for an HR Intern to join our team and help us build a happy, organised and people-focused workplace.

This is a hands-on internship for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, responsible and wants to understand how HR works within a creative organisation.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining daily attendance and employee records
• Maintaining a daily tracker/log of employee tasks and work
• Coordinating with team members and understanding their day-to-day concerns
• Building healthy relationships with team members and addressing their concerns
• Organising employee engagement and happiness activities
• Helping create a positive, energetic and healthy workplace environment
• Supporting the management team with basic HR administration
• Coordinating with our DOPs and editors to assist with software subscriptions,



renewals and their day-to-day operational requirements

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is:

People-oriented • Organised • Responsible • Good at communication • Proactive

Previous HR experience is not required. We are specifically looking for an intern / fresher who is keen to learn, take ownership and work closely with a creative team.

Internship Details

? Stipend: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month
? Duration: 6 months
? Location: Malad West, Mumbai
? Work From Office Only

Key: You must be comfortable travelling to our Malad West office every day.
