Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a creative HR Compliance Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and global labor laws.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
• Develop comprehensive training and professional development programs.
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation,



and active listening abilities.
• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
