ABOUT THE ROLE
Ancilar Technologies is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to build and run its IT staffing function from Indore. You will set up the recruitment hierarchy, define the end-to-end hiring process and own delivery across Web2 and Web3 technology mandates.
This is a build-and-deliver role. You will close positions yourself while putting the structure, trackers and team practices in place that let the function scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build the IT staffing function
• Design the IT staffing hierarchy, including team structure, roles, reporting lines and ownership across recruiters, leads and account coordinators
• Set up the end-to-end recruitment procedure, from requirement intake and sourcing to screening, submission, interviews, offer, joining and post-joining follow-up
• Create SOPs, screening checklists, submission formats and pipeline trackers
• Define turnaround times, quality standards and daily,



weekly and monthly MIS reporting
• Train, guide and review the work of junior recruiters as the team grows

Deliver on hiring mandates
• Own end-to-end hiring for Web2 roles (full-stack, backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, cloud, data) and Web3 roles (blockchain, Solidity and Rust developers, smart contract engineers, protocol and dApp developers)
• Source through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Web3 communities, job boards and referrals
• Run Boolean and X-ray searches and headhunt passive candidates
• Screen candidates on technical fit, CTC, notice period and stability; negotiate offers and manage joining
• Work with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements, share market insight and manage expectations
• Handle permanent, contract and contract-to-hire (C2H) requirements
• Meet monthly targets for submissions, interviews, offers and joining
