As we scale our presence across India, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our paid marketing strategy, drive e-commerce revenue, and build sustainable, profitable customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth• Independently plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Drive measurable online sales growth through Kaayu Rituals’ Shopify store.
• Manage advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROAS,



customer acquisition cost (CAC), and profitability.
• Develop and execute full-funnel strategies covering customer acquisition, conversion, and retargeting.
• Scale winning campaigns while continuously improving marketing efficiency.

2. Analytics & Conversion Optimisation• Track and analyse key metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, AOV, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other relevant tools.
• Identify performance gaps and opportunities to increase revenue while reducing acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with website and creative teams to optimise landing pages, product pages, and the overall purchase journey.
• Use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
