We are currently seeking a skilled Tiles and Stones Drafter to join our growing team and contribute to our custom design projects.
Job Summary
As a AutoCAD Drafter / Engineer, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed shop drawings for custom tile and stone projects, collaborating closely with the engineering team and communicating directly with clients to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop precise and detailed drawings for custom tile and stone projects.
• Prepare shop drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details in compliance with AWI, AWMAC, NKBA, or specific client standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers,



and clients to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency.
• Apply innovative and creative approaches to meet project objectives while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct fluent and professional client communications via calls, emails, and kick-off meetings.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design or a related field, with a focus on tiles and stones.
• 2–6 years of experience in tile and stone drafting/design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools for documentation and communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Solid communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and clients.
