Role Description
This is a full time, on-site barista role located in Mysore. The barista will prepare and serve coffee, tea, speciality drinks, and ice cream items, following company recipes and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, assisting with basic food preparation, maintaining a clean, organised service area, and restocking supplies. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The barista will work closely with team members to support smooth store operations, follow hygiene and safety guidelines, and deliver consistent,

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess barista skills and experience with beverage preparation in a café or similar environment.
• Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests.
• Candidates should possess clear communication skills for taking orders and coordinating with team members.
• Candidates should possess basic food preparation skills and an understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle a fast-paced environment, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
