As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing partnerships with clients by optimizing their performance, upselling products, and retaining clients.

What You'll Do:

Upsell & Revenue Growth

• Identify upselling opportunities and propose new advertising solutions to increase client spending and attract current advertisers

• Negotiate cooperation terms with agencies and individual advertisers to drive revenue growth

Campaign Optimization

• Optimize active campaigns to improve performance and revenue through bidding adjustments, targeting, filters, blocklists, whitelists, and creative updates





• Collaborate with publisher account management and BI teams to improve targeting, traffic quality, and campaign results

• Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies using established checklists and procedures.

Client Retention & Relationship Management

• Re-engage inactive clients and retain at-risk clients by addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities

• Build strong client relationships and gather feedback to improve MGID’s offering and increase client spending

Daily Operations

• Monitor newly acquired and transferred clients, moderate pending campaigns, and handle client requests according to established workflows

• Coordinate with Anti-Fraud, Creative, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and support campaign delivery

• Manage client accounts in HubSpot, handle invoicing, and contribute to team projects
