Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to drive in office Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance across all construction activities. This role is responsible for ensuring that safety-critical workflows, permit systems,



and corrective actions are rigorously maintained and that risk is surfaced before it becomes an incident. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities

On-Site Safety Management
• Conduct daily safety inspections and audits across all active work areas, including high-risk activities such as working at height, excavation, hot work, and crane operations.
• Issue and track Permits to Work (PTWs), ensuring permits are valid, visible, and correctly closed out.
• Investigate near-misses, unsafe acts, and incidents; document root causes and coordinate corrective actions through to closure.
• Brief contractors and labour on site safety requirements, method statements, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain safety registers including inductions, PPE distribution, toolbox talks, and accident records.

Compliance Monitoring & Reporting
• Log daily safety inspection outcomes, PTW statuses, and correct
