Role Description The Front Office Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role oversees daily front office operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, accurate reservations handling, and a welcoming experience for all guests. Responsibilities include leading and coaching front office team members,



managing guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. The Front Office Team Leader monitors occupancy, room assignments, and billing accuracy, and supports the implementation of brand standards and service initiatives. This role also involves training new team members, promoting guest satisfaction, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and well-organized front office environment.
