• 6 months to 1 year of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads for international markets.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, performance metrics, data analysis and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
• Solid analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and priorities.

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for international markets.
• Manage Google Search and Performance Max campaigns to improve lead generation, conversion volume and campaign profitability.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and overall campaign performance.
• Conduct keyword research, manage negative keywords and implement appropriate exact,



phrase and broad match strategies.
• Develop and execute campaign strategies based on business goals, target audiences, market trends and seasonal opportunities.
• Write and test engaging ad copy, headlines, descriptions, call-to-action messages, site links and other ad assets.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creative, copy, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages.
• Coordinate with the web and creative teams to improve landing page relevance, loading speed, messaging and conversion rates.
• Support conversion tracking and campaign measurement using tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, CRM platforms and offline conversion data.
• Select and monitor suitable bidding strategies, including Maximize Conversions, Target CPA and Target ROAS.
• Manage audience targeting, remarketing, customer lists, lookalike audiences and demographic targeting.
