We are looking for a technically strong and experienced QA Lead who can own quality across our enterprise platform, drive automation, and lead QA initiatives and teams to deliver reliable, high-quality releases.

Role Overview

As a QA Lead, you will own and drive the overall quality strategy for Scikiq's enterprise technology platform. You will lead QA initiatives, mentor and manage QA engineers, establish scalable automation practices, and oversee end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, backend services, integrations, and complex enterprise workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience, including proven leadership experience, with a solid background in B2B enterprise technology platforms, SaaS products, or complex enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall QA strategy, quality roadmap, test approach, and quality processes for the platform.




• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical direction, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong QA culture focused on automation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Define team goals, allocate QA resources, plan testing activities, and ensure timely delivery across releases.
• Lead end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, backend services, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation test frameworks for functional, regression, API, and integration testing.
• Drive automation coverage and identify opportunities to reduce manual testing through reliable automated solutions.
• Define and maintain test plans, test cases, regression suites, test strategies, and quality metrics.
• Lead API and integration testing for complex enterprise systems and third-party integrations.
