About us
1881 Global Mobility is a licensed immigration and global mobility firm with offices in Christchurch, Chandigarh and Manila. We help hospitality employers in Recent Zealand, Australia and the Middle East hire international interns and skilled workers.
Responsibilities
• Identify and approach hospitality employers through cold calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Present our internship, skilled worker and offshore recruitment services to owners, general managers and HR teams.
• Understand each employer’s staffing needs and book them in with our licensed immigration advisers.
• Follow up consistently to turn conversations into signed clients.
• Build long-term relationships with employer clients.
• Report weekly on calls, meetings and clients signed.

Qualifications
• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident phone manner.




• At least 2 years in sales, business development or international calling.
• Comfortable with cold calling, handling objections and working to targets.
• Self-motivated and organised in a remote setup.
• Reliable laptop, reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
• Experience in international recruitment, hospitality or immigration services is a strong advantage.

Working hours
6:30am to 4:30pm IST, Monday to Friday, plus flexible evening hours for follow-ups.
What we offer
• ₹1,900 per working day plus commission for every employer signed.
• Rate review after 3 months based on performance.
• Training in international recruitment and visa pathways.
