Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated Talent Management Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define core competency needs.
• Collaborate seamlessly across remote departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated,
progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Solid understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
