Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, ambitious and highly execution-oriented individual to drive strategic business initiatives and new revenue opportunities at Fast&Up.; The role combines business development, strategic partnerships, commercial planning, project management and business analysis. The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically, analyse numbers, create high-quality presentations and independently drive projects from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new B2B, corporate, hospitality, fitness, events and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting and proposal development through negotiation, closure and execution.
• Develop commercial proposals, business cases, revenue projections and ROI analyses.
• Own strategic projects and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Operations and Design.
• Build and maintain project trackers, business dashboards, action plans and management reports.
• Analyse revenue, margins, discounts,



offtake and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Create highly polished PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations for client pitches, business proposals and management reviews.
• Support events, partnerships and activations, including commercials, deliverables, execution and ROI tracking.
• Support new market and international business initiatives, including research, partner identification and commercial planning.

Key Skills & Attributes
• Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets skills – advanced analysis, financial models, dashboards, pivots, lookups and reporting.
• Exceptional PowerPoint/Google Slides skills – strong storytelling, structure, data visualisation and presentation aesthetics.
• Solid commercial and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with strong follow-up and closure orientation.
