Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented International Sales Executive to expand our presence in international markets across the pharmaceutical, Ayurveda, cosmetics, and nutraceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and target potential international B2B clients across relevant industries.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve international sales targets.
• Handle client communication, negotiations, quotations, and contract discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM systems.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track sales performance against targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in B. Pharma, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Pharmaceutical, Ayurveda, Cosmetics, or Nutraceutical industries.
• Experience handling international markets and international client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/Sales software
