Business Development Manager (BDM) should possess a strong blend of technical knowledge and business development skills. Unlike conventional component sales,



MCU sales involve design-in opportunities, application support, and long sales cycles with OEMs.

Recommended Qualification
• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Instrumentation.

Experience
• 4 + years experience in semiconductor, microcontroller, embedded systems, or electronic component sales.
• Experience handling OEMs, ODMs, EMS companies, and design houses.
• Proven experience in business development and design-win activities.
• Existing relationships with R&D; engineers, purchase teams, and product development teams.

Technical Skills Required
• Positive understanding of:
• Knowledge of microcontrollers.
• Semi conductors and Electronic components
• IC data sheet and PIN configuration
• Embedded C programming concepts.
• Ability to discuss applications with design engineers and identify opportunities for MCU adoption
