Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Financial Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and/or General Ledger (GL) accounting. The ideal candidate must possess solid accounting knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven stakeholder management experience. The candidate should be capable of independently managing accounting activities, building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial operations.
We are specifically looking for an accounting professional who is self-motivated, takes ownership of responsibilities, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and can work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced business environment.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US/UK GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred) and advance MS- Excel skills
• Strong hands-on expertise in AR, AP, and/or GL.
• Proven stakeholder management and escalation-handling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation, initiative, and end-to-end ownership.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
1. Finance and Accounting Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience in AR, AP, and/or GL accounting.
• Expertise in Intercompany account reconciliations, financial reporting, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent platforms.
