Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing and Operations Executive role based in New Delhi. The person will be responsible for the entire P/L for the brand all marketing campaigns across all channels. In this role will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing performance marketing budgets, monitoring campaign metrics, conducting A/B tests,



and refining targeting and messaging based on data insights. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with product launches, brand campaigns, and customer experience strategies. The manager will also oversee marketing automation workflows, improve funnel performance, and prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Growth Marketing skills, including customer acquisition, retention strategies, and funnel optimization.
• Candidate should possess strong profitability management skills and should be vell versed with CM1/CM2/CM3 calculations, boosting AOV and LTV, reducing CAC and able to strategize on reducing RTO and cancellation.
