Role Description The Business Development Manager – Education Loan is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for driving growth of AdmitKard’s education loan services by identifying new partnership opportunities with financial institutions, strengthening existing relationships,



and building scalable business channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential partners, negotiating and closing agreements, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams such as counseling, product, and marketing to streamline loan processes for students. The Manager will also analyze market trends in education financing, create proposals and presentations for stakeholders, and ensure that students receive timely and accurate information about loan options. This position requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a strong focus on revenue growth and student experience.
