Role Description The Mortgage Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Mortgage Specialist will guide customers through the mortgage process, including assessing borrower profiles,
understanding housing finance needs, and recommending suitable loan products. Daily responsibilities include explaining mortgage terms, interest rates, and repayment options; collecting and verifying documentation; coordinating with banks and NBFCs; and tracking applications from initiation to disbursal. The role also involves proactive mortgage marketing, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and providing high-quality customer service to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. The Mortgage Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet sales targets, comply with regulatory requirements, and uphold CKC’s standards of professional and ethical conduct.
