Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales performance, portfolio growth, and customer acquisition for the assigned branch territory.



This role includes overseeing daily sales activities, managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and ensuring achievement of branch targets for loans and related financial products. The Branch Sales Manager will develop and implement branch-level sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with small business and retail customers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth credit processing and disbursement. The role involves monitoring key performance metrics, ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines and compliance standards, and using technology tools to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions. The individual will also identify local market opportunities, support marketing initiatives, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
