Fibr AI is building the future of adaptive web experiences. We help businesses turn static websites into intelligent, personalized experiences built for both humans and AI agents.
The role
We want someone who has built audiences on social, not just managed accounts. You'll own organic social as a growth channel for Fibr AI and our founders. LinkedIn and X (Twitter) are the core channels, and Reddit. You'll work alongside our paid growth lead, so organic and paid push the same pipeline.

What you'll do
• Own organic social growth. Build and run the strategy across LinkedIn and X. Own audience growth, reach, engagement and traffic. Expand into Reddit and test other platforms (YouTube, niche communities) where our ICP spends time.
• Build community. Grow and engage a community of marketing and growth leaders. Seed conversations in relevant communities, run collaborations with creators, and make Fibr AI part of the AI and MarTech conversation.

end to end. Own the calendar. Make carousels, threads, thought-leadership posts, short-form video and product-led content. Turn complex AI concepts into easy, sharp posts, and repurpose blogs, case studies and launches into social-first content.
• Founder-led growth. Build Founder's presence on LinkedIn and X. Turn their insights and opinions into repeatable formats that build credibility with enterprise buyers.
• Distribution, not just publishing. Run employee advocacy, creator and influencer amplification, and community distribution. Turn engagement into site visits, newsletter subscribers and demo interest.
• Measure what matters. Track follower quality, reach, engagement, referral traffic and conversions. Report on experiments, learnings and what to scale next.
