Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Maintain strong knowledge of projects, pricing, and payment plans.
• Handle client follow-ups, site visits, and booking closures.
• Maintain CRM records and follow company processes.
• Attend daily team meetings and regular training sessions.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Positive communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Disciplined, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
