Job Description – Corporate Sales Executive
Position: Corporate Sales Executive
Location: Coimbatore

Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring and managing business customers for ISP services in Coimbatore and surrounding areas. The role involves identifying opportunities for Internet Leased Lines (ILL), business broadband and other company-approved connectivity solutions, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and closing sales. The executive will coordinate with technical and operations teams for feasibility and service delivery, support collections and renewals and achieve assigned revenue and customer acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and approach corporate offices, SMEs, manufacturing units, IT companies, educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, and other business prospects.
• Generate leads through market visits, calls, referrals, networking, and approved business channels.
• Identify decision-makers in IT, administration, procurement, and management,



and arrange meetings to discuss connectivity requirements.

Customer Requirements & Solution Selling
• Understand customer bandwidth, usage, reliability, redundancy, static IP, service support, and budget requirements.
• Present suitable Internet Leased Line, business broadband, and other available connectivity solutions in consultation with the technical team.
• Coordinate site surveys and network feasibility checks; confirm coverage, service availability, and installation requirements before making commitments.

Proposals, Negotiation & Closure
• Prepare quotations and proposals covering approved pricing, installation charges, service scope, service levels, payment terms, and contract period.
• Follow up on proposals, address customer queries, negotiate within approved limits, and obtain approval for commercial deviations.
• Close orders and collect customer acceptance, purchase orders or signed
