Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of V-Rich and Yogurt Alley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, planning engaging content, coordinating content production, managing online communities, identifying emerging trends, and improving brand visibility and audience engagement across digital platforms.
The candidate should have strong creative thinking, excellent copywriting skills, a positive understanding of social media algorithms, and the ability to use performance insights to improve content effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Planning• Develop social media strategies, content pillars, brand tone of voice, and platform priorities for V-Rich and Yogurt Alley.




• Create monthly content calendars and weekly publishing plans.
• Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure consistent publishing schedules and adapt content to suit each platform's audience and format.
• Align social media activities with brand awareness, audience engagement, product discovery, and business objectives.

2. Content Ideation & Copywriting• Develop creative content ideas, engaging hooks, captions, scripts, headlines, on-screen text, and calls to action.
• Identify trending topics, audio, formats, memes, and conversations relevant to the brands.
• Create engaging content concepts for reels, stories, carousels, static posts, polls, and short-form videos.
• Ensure content reflects brand guidelines and communicates accurate product information.
