Support end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across multiple manufacturing plants/campuses, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective facility operations while delivering a world-class workplace experience.

Support end-to-end IFM operations including Housekeeping, Canteen/Food Services, Transport, Utilities, Security, Horticulture/Garden Maintenance, Pest Control, Waste & Scrap Management, Office Administration, and Soft & Hard FM services.

Drive operational excellence through strong governance, SOP implementation, audits, service level management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable statutory, legal, EHS, fire & life safety, labor, and facility compliance requirements.

Manage utility operations including electrical, HVAC, DG, water, compressed air, STP/WTP, firefighting systems, and critical infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.

Lead annual budgeting, cost optimization, productivity improvements, energy conservation, and value engineering initiatives to achieve measurable cost savings.





Oversee material management, inventory control, critical spares, procurement coordination, and vendor performance management.

Build and lead high-performing teams, including in-house employees and outsourced partners, while driving capability development and a strong performance culture.

Manage multiple plant/campus operations simultaneously with standardized governance and performance reporting.

Build solid relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of escalations.

Drive sustainability initiatives, workplace improvements, digitalization, and innovation across facility operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics). Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) will be an added advantage.

2 –5 years of relevant experience in Integrated Facilities Management, managing large manufacturing
