Role Description The Ready Mix Concrete Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving sales and business growth for ready mix concrete products. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities,



managing relationships with contractors, developers, and infrastructure clients, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The Sales Manager will prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and monitor customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include market research, sales forecasting, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing regular sales reports for management. The role also involves collaboration with technical and project teams to align product offerings with project requirements and company quality standards.
