Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecaller to engage prospective customers and hospitality partners through inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will introduce BookVenuez's services, generate leads, explain platform advantages, schedule meetings and demonstrations, and support the sales team in converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective venue partners and customers to introduce BookVenuez and its services.




• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about platform features, venue listings, packages, and booking processes.
• Generate and qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with venue owners, hospitality partners, and customers.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead details, follow-up schedules, and daily activity reports using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and timely follow-ups.
• Gather customer and partner feedback and communicate relevant insights to the internal team.
• Achieve assigned calling targets, lead generation goals, and performance metrics while maintaining high standards of customer service.
