Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Account Manager will own day-to-day client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for founder-led consumer brands and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on growth objectives. Responsibilities include understanding client business goals,



developing and maintaining account plans, tracking performance across digital commerce channels, and ensuring timely execution of initiatives. The role involves monitoring key metrics, preparing performance reports, identifying risks and opportunities, and aligning stakeholders on priorities. The Account Manager will also support strategic planning, manage project timelines, facilitate regular reviews, and help drive continuous improvement in processes and client outcomes.
