Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Program Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Technical Program Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional programs, coordinating product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful outcomes. Responsibilities include defining program scope and objectives, creating and tracking project plans, managing risks and dependencies,



and driving alignment across teams. The role involves working closely with software development teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, monitor progress, and resolve issues or blockers. The Technical Program Manager will also contribute to process improvements, report on program status and metrics, and support product roadmap execution for Skeps’ POS financing solutions.
