The Good Hair Club (GHC) is an upcoming premium boutique unisex salon in the heart of Bandra West, offering expert hairdressing, hair colour, grooming, hair care and nail services.

We're looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Front Desk Manager / Assistant Salon Manager who can be the face of our salon and help us deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new salon brand, take ownership of front desk operations and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless, premium salon experience.
• Manage appointments, walk-ins, enquiries, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and online booking enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with hairstylists, nail technicians and other team members to ensure smooth appointment flow.
• Manage billing,



payments, daily cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports.
• Maintain accurate client records, service histories and preferences using salon management software.
• Recommend relevant services, retail products, packages and salon promotions to clients.
• Follow up with guests for feedback, repeat appointments and client retention.
• Assist with daily salon operations, staff coordination, inventory monitoring and maintaining salon standards.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, discretion and a solution-oriented approach.
• Support salon marketing initiatives, loyalty programmes and customer relationship management.
• Ensure the reception area is always organised, welcoming and presentable.

Who We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in salon front desk operations, hospitality, luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
• Prior experience in a premium salon or beauty industr
