Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will support customers in selecting wireless plans, devices, and accessories that match their needs, providing clear product information and guidance at the point of sale. The role includes handling customer inquiries,



demonstrating product features, processing sales and returns, and maintaining an organized, welcoming store environment. The Sales Associate will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, uphold high service standards, and support basic troubleshooting or coordination with repair services when needed. This position involves regular interaction with walk-in customers, continuous learning about new products and promotions, and accurate use of point-of-sale and inventory systems.
