Content Creator cum Training Coordinator – Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Creator cum Training Coordinator to support the Learning & Development (L&D;) team by creating engaging training content and coordinating training programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and develop training content, presentations, training manuals, SOPs, guides, and learning materials.
• Convert business and process information into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand learning content.
• Create content for classroom, online, and digital training programs.
• Coordinate with trainers and department heads to understand training requirements.
• Assist in planning and scheduling training sessions for employees.
• Coordinate training calendars, participant lists, attendance, feedback, and training records.
• Support the L&D; team in preparing assessments, quizzes, activities, and other learning resources.
• Update existing training material based on process, policy,



or business changes.
• Maintain and organize the L&D; content repository and training documentation.
• Track training completion and support post-training feedback and reporting.

Required Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content writing and presentation skills.
• Positive knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Creative approach to developing engaging learning content.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into easy-to-understand training material.
• Prior experience in L&D;, training coordination, content creation, instructional design, or corporate training will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience:
1–3 years in L&D;, Training, Content Creation, Instructional Design, or a similar role.
