Role Description The Sales and Marketing Manager role at Cognior is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam. In this role, the individual will manage end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, prospect qualification, solution presentation, and deal closure for Cognior’s AI-powered IAP offerings.



The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with product and customer success teams, and analyzing market trends to refine go-to-market strategies. The manager will maintain strong customer relationships, oversee post-sale engagement to drive adoption, and conduct training sessions or demos for client teams. Daily responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet revenue and growth targets.
