Role Description The Customer Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Moth, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with truckers, fleet owners, and other customers using BlackBuck’s platform. This role involves engaging with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth experience across services such as loads, payments,



telematics, and financing. The individual will monitor customer accounts, follow up on service usage, and support customers in adopting new products and features. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to address issues promptly, gathering feedback to improve services, and contributing to local sales and engagement initiatives. The role requires consistent on-ground presence, accurate documentation of interactions, and proactive communication to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess robust Business Relationship Management skills to build long-term, trust-based relationships and manage key customer accounts effectively.
• Candidates should possess basic Finance knowledge to support customers with payment processes, invoicing, and understanding credit or financing options.
