We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Total Rewards team. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our Total Rewards area.

We believe you bring:

• Strong knowledge of HR domain and HR processes and systems – SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Global View, Benefits, Variable Pay
• Experience in data standardization — data models, consistency, and quality
• Experience owning and communicating a product roadmap, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• The ability to identify gaps in data pipelines and translate them into clear use cases for engineering teams
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills — you can bridge business, data, and technology




• 5–6 years of experience in a similar role within HR Tech and product-oriented environments Proven experience in collaboration driven outcome Strong communication and visualization skills

A day in your life with us

As a Product Owner in the Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products across the Total Rewards landscape (Success Factor, Global View, Benefix, as well as in-house built systems) delivers value to the business and supports efficient, data-driven decision-making.

You will take ownership of the area, continuously improving it by aligning capabilities with business needs. You will work hands-on with roadmap tools and jira, ensuring solutions support how we actually operate.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the bigger platform area, ensuring alignment and driving adoption.
