Quality Analyst (5+years Expereince)
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate is proactive, quality-driven, and capable of independently managing end-to-end testing activities. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality product delivery through effective test planning, execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications
• Perform manual testing along with basic automation testing to ensure product quality and reliability
• Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or similar
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, and supporting evidence
• Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure system stability across releases
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues




• Maintain up-to-date test documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver with TestNG (or similar frameworks)
• Strong experience in API testing using Postman (REST APIs)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for database validation
• Good understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have
• Exposure to ServiceNow platform and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Java or Python
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray
