Role Description The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR function for India’s Future Investors in an on-site, full-time role based in Noida. Responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and updating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role will help coordinate benefits administration, support training and development activities,



and assist with day-to-day HR operations such as attendance tracking, documentation, and compliance support. The Human Resources Assistant will also respond to employee queries, support recruitment logistics, and collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth HR processes in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
