We’re looking for a motivated B2B Sales & Business Development Executive who can identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into paying customers in India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, including architects, real estate developers, builders, interior designers, and marketing agencies.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp, and other B2B channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop long-term client relationships.




- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Hephy Studio services.
- Schedule client meetings, present service offerings, follow up on proposals, and help close deals.
- Research target markets, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports using a CRM.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure smooth communication from initial enquiry to project onboarding.
- Explore opportunities in international markets, particularly the UAE and USA.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and lead-generation tools.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and convert prospects into business opportunities.
