Role Description The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate laws, securities regulations,



and internal governance standards, while supporting the board and management in decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records, drafting minutes of board and general meetings, and coordinating filings with regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and relevant stock or securities bodies. The role also involves advising on corporate restructuring, monitoring changes in legal and regulatory frameworks, and implementing best practices in corporate governance. The Company Secretary will collaborate with finance, legal, and senior leadership to manage shareholder communication, support audits, and oversee documentation for corporate actions and investments.
