We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep techno-functional expertise in the Financial Services sector (Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance). The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle across diverse consulting and implementation programs, acting as the functional custodian and bridging business stakeholders with implementation teams. This is a client-facing role requiring strong domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the BA lifecycle covering Business Analysis, Requirement Definition, Gap Analysis, Solution Validation, Testing & go live.
• Conduct requirement discovery, document processes, data flows and interfaces across the systems landscape
• Facilitate requirement workshops with business, operations and finance stakeholders.
• Perform fit-gap analysis — map requirements to core functionality, recommend configuration-first solutions and justify change requests.
• Author BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, rule matrices, decision tables and configuration/mapping sheets.
• Own testing - define scenarios, prepare test cases, support SIT/UAT execution, manage requirements traceability, defect triage and business sign-off.
