About the Role
Butterfly Technology LLC is looking for a Business Development Manager – IT Services with strong hands-on experience in IT sales, lead generation, client acquisition, project acquisition, and end-to-end business development.
We are looking for someone who can independently identify and acquire international and domestic technology projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Fiverr, online bidding platforms, cold emailing, outbound prospecting, referrals, and other business development channels.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete sales lifecycle — from finding opportunities and generating leads to conducting client meetings, understanding technical requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating commercials, closing deals, and coordinating with technical teams for project execution.

Key Responsibilities




• Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and generate qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online bidding platforms, cold emailing, outbound prospecting, referrals, and other digital channels.
• Research potential clients and identify companies requiring IT and digital solutions.
• Proactively reach out to prospects and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, service fit, and project feasibility.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.

Client & Sales Management
• Conduct client discovery calls, business meetings, and technical discussions to understand client requirements.
• Understand business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
